Here’s a confession: I’m impossibly picky about perfume and embarrassingly easy to convince to stay for dessert. I love silk dresses, lazy afternoons by the sea, and plans with just enough room for a little trouble. Looking perfectly put together is fun. Behaving perfectly? Not nearly as much.

Don’t bring me a list of achievements. Bring me a story that makes me laugh, a song I’ve never heard, or an opinion worth arguing about. I can be sweet, stubborn, and terribly persuasive when I want something. Fair warning: I usually do.
